Ovulation help please …

Hi ladies. I really need some help please. I am CD19 and still did not ovulate yet. Last month i ovulated around CD13/14 but this month I am late ovulating. Is this normal and may I also ask when ye lovely ladies ovulated and how late was ye when ye did ovulated. I’m actually scared I might not ovulated at all. This morning I did an ovulation strip test and this is how strong it is but still coming back as not ( high or peak ) please advise me on something please..
