MA or SA?

I go in for the consult Tuesday, and then I have a 24 hour waiting period. I’ve discussed a little on the phone, but not a lot. First termination, I physically and mentally can’t do it. I have 4 kid. My last baby was just in 2023, and I about died during an emergency c section, all while being conscious. I had 3 blood transfusions and I was put in the ICU so I wouldn’t hemmorage. My uterus also had a band around it so, it was shaped more like a peanut.. meaning my baby was stuck.. so, long story short super traumatic. This was clearly a mistake. I can’t handle this, and I want to be a mom to my four children & see their future, they are 10, 8, 2, & 1. My husband is on board we can’t handle this again. We have a plan for after, so this doesn’t happen again. I’m just super scared. I don’t know which way to go. SA or MA? I’m from PA. Im 30, & I’m 105lbs, had four natural labors, 1 emergency c section, I had taken iron IV infusions during each and every pregnancy. And had diabetes with the last two. The nurse on the phone said my beta levels show that I’m only just a few weeks probably, but will be confirmed on Tuesday. ADVICE?
