Dont feel pregnant

Hi, im 8+1 weeks pregnant today. I do not feel pregnant. I have my first scan 15th january, il be 12+3 weeks. I just dont feel pregnant. I already had a flabby belly as had c-section in january, and im not bloated, im feeling sick but comes and goes through day. I dont feel pregnant though. With my last, from day one i just knew i was pregnant. This time id just think its a very delayed period. Just want heartbeat to pick up on doppler for the reassurance. Its such a hard time. Up till i see baby on that scan, im feeling very negative
