Why I’m scared to get into another relationship…

Hi! I’m single for a year now and I’m kinda scared to get into a relationship… my abusive ex gave me herpes and everytime I have a talking stage with someone,I’m too scared to tell that person I have this. I been judged and ghosted because I told them this… idk what to do and constantly think I’m going to be alone…. Yes I’ve been fingered once but everytime someone tells me let’s do it I just back off… I just tell them I only do this when I’m in a relationship which I do and they get more upset… I haven’t had a recent breakout….my last breakout was a year ago as well so mine isn’t consistent..thank to god! But I just hope I find someone…
