36 week cervix check

I had my 36 week appointment this morning and was offered a cervix check; which I said yes to. A couple hours later I felt a couple gushes of fluid so I went to the bathroom and it was blood. I called the doctors and they suggested I go to L&D. They monitored baby for 20 minutes and used a speculum to see where the blood was coming from. She said they didn’t see any active bleeding… that was around 11 this morning. It’s now 7pm and I am bleeding again. Has anyone had anything similar happen/should I be concerned?
