On/ off Symptoms & Subchorionic Hematoma

I’m currently 9w2d with baby #2- My first pregnancy with my son I had severe nausea and vomiting from week 4/6 to week 10/12. This pregnancy I have practically no nausea but at times I do feel a little bit nauseous and I have on/off sore breasts. At my first ultrasound around 6 weeks after I had a little bleeding, they found a subchorionic hematoma and put me on pelvic rest and said it’s pretty common. My 8 week ob appointment baby’s heartbeat was strong at 179bpm- Next ultrasound isn’t until the middle/end of January which has me crazy anxious because this pregnancy and my symptoms are so different from my first.

Am I worrying for nothing??
