Struggling with Hydration
I hate drinking plain water. I’ve always been bad about it, but it’s really kicking my butt breastfeeding, especially bc I’m sooo hungry all the time and water just makes me hungrier, if that makes sense? I love Karma waters, and Propels are good too, they both give me more of a “filling” feeling unlike plain water that makes my stomach feel completely empty 5 minutes after drinking it. What are some other easy ways I can still stay hydrated?
