First time mom curiosity!

Good afternoon guys,

I’m a first time mom and I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant. It’s new feelings and things every day. But now there’s concern because I’m not sure what’s normal or not. And anticipating is killing me to wait and see my OB. Of course with my belly bump in the way, seeing my downstairs area has been complicated. But there’s been some discomfort starting today so i decided to take a look, and I noticed skin colored bumps on the vulva. They’re all clumped together. Is it a hormonal thing or a cause for concern? Labs, blood work, cervical checks have all came back normal. Has anyone else experienced this?
