IS THIS A MISSCARRIAGE???

Hi! This is my first pregnancy and right now I’m so confused and lost. I went to the ER on Dec 13 for spotting and stomach cramping, around that time I should have been 5 weeks going on 6. My HGC was also at a 540 I had a doctor visit that next week which resulted me to be 6 weeks. They couldn’t find anything no SAC or NOTHING.. The bleeding stopped for about 2 days but just picked up now this time its bright red also some small clots. I just really need some other opinions on this because like I stated I’m lost and confused. I don’t really know much about these things since it’s my first pregnancy and I really don’t have anyone to talk about these things with.
