Reassurance

I am approx 4 weeks 3 days today. I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks exactly. Had an early miscarriage in October. I had levels drawn at 4 weeks exactly and hcg was 28. Yesterday (2 days later) I had repeat labs and it was 77. So definitely doubled. Last night I started with cramps. No bleeding but definitely crampy. Kind of feels like my miscarriage but hard to tell. I took a test today and it is still very positive. Not super dark but positive. Thoughts? Picture of 3 tests is from 3 days ago when I found out at 4 weeks. 2nd picture is from just now. Middle of the day urine. Would appreciate all the prayers. God is in control
