Help 🙈

Hiya , would any of you be able to calculate how many weeks I am pregnant? I wish to confirm with the doctor but they open clinic on 3rd of January. So anyways I had irregular period for the last few months while breastfeeding and I can’t really tell what was my cycle length I would say average 33 but it’s only my guess . Before my son pregnancy I was 28. My first day of last perfiod was 24th of November but I ovulated late on cd22 . 2 aps says I am 4 weeks pregnant and one says 5 weeks . Am I really that far what you think ? Thank you
