Needing some help

Went to the er because I had vaginal bleeding I’m currently 11 weeks. Baby girl was moving around and they found a strong heartbeat they did a cervical exam and my cervix was closed but got diagnosed with threatened miscarriage. I’ve had several miscarriages but I’m not cramping I’m just having light brown discharge. I need advice and they didn’t look to see if I had a subchorionic hematoma. Thinking about going to another er I genuinely just need help. I’m scared and hoping someone can help me.
