What’s happening ?!?

I started to spot brown yesterday and I went to the ER. My period app said that I was 5 weeks and 5 days but according to the scan it says 5 weeks . I just have faint cramps n occasionally here n there n spot brown here n there but not to the point where I am wearing a pad or any of that sort . Have anyone ultrasound was behind n everything came out good … I have to wait 2 weeks to get another ultrasound to see if things are progressing the correct way . 😔
