Blood in urine

So I called my OB on Thursday and talked to them about my nauseous and shortness of breath and they told me to go to urgent care so I did and urgent care didn’t really do anything but I had back pain over the last weekend and so they tested my urine and said I had blood in it but it was showing no signs of bacteria and so they check for a UTI and that came back negative and I also told my OB and urgent care about the period cramps like I persistently get but they end up going away within 5-10 mins and I called my OB back about the UTI results and they are basically pushing it off and not concerned at all and I go in to see my OB the 14th of January for the 1st time. I’m really anxious to wait that long because I’m concerned if my baby is okay or if I’m at the start of miss carrying and don’t know what to do. I don’t know if it it’s a genetic thing but it runs in my family to have mis carriages. I also had just a little spotting in the picture below) but that was after me and my husband got done doing the deed and I haven’t had any spotting since then)
