Mucous Plug? 33+1

Question

Hey all, Ive had this large thick discharge 3 times today when I wipe. Im thinking its my mucous plug but I spoke to my midwife on the phone who said its probably just an increase in normal discharge. 
Any opinions in what this is would be great! 
To add - I had sex last night and also have been active this weekend. Could this be causing it?

Lost my mucus plug over 15 times in this pregnancy I am not kidding and still pregnant!! 30 weeks today!

You know I had something like these a couple weeks ago (I was about 23 weeks?), found a very similar blob falling out of me the morning after I had sex. I was like “Mucous plug is that you?” But it way too early for that so I was like could just be an increase of discharge and (kinda gross but…) possibly some of my husbands left over semen missed with my extra increase in discharge?? So all of that’s to say I don’t have an answer for this, but I’ve had this bathroom moment as well!

It's all normal! Mucus plug regenerates. Sex can definitely cause it, but still normal! 🫶🏽
