What could this mean?

This is our second baby (our first is 6 months). I would be 6 weeks today with this second baby. All my bloodwork came back normal. They put me on progesterone because I took it for my first pregnancy. My progesterone level was at a 17. Everything else looked “normal” as they said.

My husband and I were intimate a couple of times within the past couple of days and either yesterday or the day before I felt like maybe we didn’t use enough lube. Could this be because of that?

Also I missed 1 night of my progesterone and took it again last night.. but again I was still technically within the average range.

I’m kind of freaking out.
