Twins? Early ABDOMINAL ultrasound (5weeks)

I went to a “boutique” ultrasound today and when I went it was the most ghetto place and I’m almost positive this lady was not an ultrasound tech. It was literally in a little room in a house, and the lady didn’t even know how to measure my sac.

With that being said, she swore this was one baby only and the other sac was an “enlarged blood vessel with a halo”. And kept asking how many babies my doctors thought I was having (I told her I was 5 weeks and haven’t been to the doctor yet.

Do you think this is one or two?

*yes I know to see my doctor and I have an appointment next week, just curious if others had early ultrasounds and what you THINK. I am aware only my next ultrasound can be for sure!
