Is this a bad sign ??

Question

My last menstrual period was Nov 21st. Based on that, I would be 6wks 5days today! I got peak ovulation test Dec 9th and based on that I would be 6wks today. I went for an abdominal ultrasound yesterday at a private studio and was told my sac is only measuring 4-5 weeks and nothing inside yet. What could this mean?

It could be because they did an abdominal ultrasound. I got an ultrasound at 6w and 3 days and they could only see the sac. So they switched to a vaginal ultrasound and immediately you could see baby and heart beat. I wouldn’t stress it.. it’s too early to see anything on an abdominal ultrasound.

It could mean it's still too early and u may have miscalculated 
Check in 2weeks . You will be fine. 
Once you have a sac it's a good sign till proven otherwise
