Discharge from nipples?

 so I havent breast fed in like a year, and my nipples leak clear a little bit.

It's not a lot, only like a couple drops every once in a while.... it's super weird. Has anyone else had this after they've stopped breast-feeding? I did have milky white discharge for a while but now it's just clear. This is my first time breast-feeding, so I wasn't sure if I'm supposed to expect clear stuff coming out for a while. I have no pain or lumps either
