Aches

Claudia

I had my second kid 2.5 years ago, since then my periods have been heavy. I wear an ultra plus tampon plus a pad, because if I am bot near a restroom I will stain everything. I went to see a nurse practitioner, did some blood work and I have low iron. Geez, I wonder why? Lol. A week before my period, I get diarrhea, cramps and body aches. Nothing a little ibuprofen and sleep can't help with. But this month during my period I have really bad lower back pain, that ibuprofen just dulls I can still feel it. My whole body is hurting. I feel like I have the flu but I don't. I also moved to North Texas in 2022. I also get a runny nose and a mucus cough like every month. I told the Nurse practitioner and almost $200 bucks told me," Oh, thats Texas for you. We have so much pollen from everywhere. Just pop an allergy pill and get some nasal spray." Yeah, I have been doing that since I got here. Hubby, blames when I had covid pneumonia Jan 2021. Anyways, I don't know if this is a rant or what lol. But I was maybe hoping someone else is going through this. I am 40 and I'd rather have hotflashes then bleed.
