IUD help?

Is it normal to not really bleed after you get an IUD inserted? Besides some brown blood at first? I've had three IUD and I've never had this happen and I've always bleed a lot. I'm wondering if it's because my body is probably getting used to it? I've never been to the clinic before that put this one in, so I'm worried that they put it in wrong or something. I have Liletta. I am cramping tho which is my normal, but I'm wondering if I'm gonna bleed? I'm really worried because I got my IUD in the day that I was supposed to get my period and as soon as she put it in, I had a lot of dark red bleeding that was heavy that lasted 4 hours. I do use 2 period apps one said I was supposed to get my period today & the other one said I was supposed to get it yesterday. & also , I had heavy brown blood, now I have light brown blood. Where tf is my period!! I do need to add that I got my previous IUD out in October and since November from Christmas I've been having nonstop bleeding. My last period was December 21 until probably the 28th… And then before that that was bleeding constantly very heavily so I'm not sure if the app is correct anyways, because my body was still trying to figure itself out from not having the IUD but since I got put back in, I'm not sure if I'm still supposed to get my period go away, but that was like six months after. I got this iud in yesterday btw.
