Help is this a sac or placenta?

Hello… I just suffered from a miscarriage. I was 8 weeks 2 days. I passed what I know are fraternal twins, placentas and sacs where attached to them. But this also looked like it was a sac too. But it looks like it could be twins only identical? Or maybe the placenta? I’m not sure so just asking. Im making an appointment with my doctor on Monday to go in and have my hcg levels checked to make sure they keep going down. So I’ll ask her then, but just was wondering in the meantime. I’ll post what the sac for one looked like and their placenta and then the other one too. In comparison to the first picture.

It was attached to the placenta but it broke apart when I picked it up.

I did also have this and another that looked the like other two placentas

This is what I thought was another placenta, and then there was another one like this too. But I didn’t take a picture of it.

Which is why I feel like the first picture is an identical twin sac.
