Babies skin he’s not itching it, it’s like red dry sking when he’s warm it shows red but when he’s hold you can’t see it as bad. It’s normally redder after a bath, I’m thinking it’s the bath water?? We don’t use soap and use sensitive washing powder. Any ideas on what it is or any creams?
And it’s only in his tummy
