Not much symptoms, should I be worried? 7weeks and 3 days 🤰🏻

I had my first scan a few days ago and I was 7 weeks and 1 day. Baby was in the right position and we saw a heartbeat but I haven’t had much symptoms, no more sickness or nausea just a few slight cramping, slight headaches and really sore boobs should I be worried ?

Nope. I’m 30 weeks with healthy twins and my only ‘symptom’ is an uncomfortable belly that makes me have to pee a lot. I was tired for a few weeks in the beginning. But other than that, no changes. Symptoms or lack of symptoms mean nothing.

With my first i had no symptoms but a late period the whole way through... hes now a healthy 7yo . Every pregnancy is different and its just as common to not have any symptoms at this stage x
