Round ligament pain?

Im 37weeks with my 4th pregnancy. All my babies born before their due dates, with all my babies i lost my plug within a week before labour signs. & all my signs with them were loss of tons of mucus & a bloody show with contractions. That was it.

I have yet to lose my plug i know it means nothing but in my previous pregnancies it did so thats why i mention it. I havent really had any mucus or anything i been feeling like this baby might actually wait till due date or over. But lastnight randomly i woke up in a-lot of pain it felt like contractions but only half of my stomach having the pain, i felt super nauseas & kept feeling like i needed to poo. I went twice thinking my plug might be coming to & still no loss of mucus but my back was aching so bad, nausea would not go away i really felt like labour was starting the pain woke me up 3 times i kept rolling around groaning till the pain stopped i managed to fall back asleep hours later & woke up its all gone lol i look up & jt says round ligament pain but says its common for second trimester I’m so confused lol we live rural. So i cant just go get checked out. We live 3 hours from the hospital i will be labouring at which Tuesday i am going to stay with family to be 40 minutes away instead of 3. Im kinda just curious if anyones felt this
