Progesterone

I suspect I don’t produce enough progesterone for the fertilized egg to embed properly. I can’t get into an ob for two months. Anyone have some tips to help . I also started vitex and wild yam to hopefully lengthen my cycle . As I typically have a 23 days cycle. And I don’t ovulate until 12-15 days into my cycle . I’ve gotten half positive pregnancy test before and my bus changed colors right away from skin tone which is beige to brown . Anyways when I retake a few days later it’s negative and I’m getting my perky. Help.
