Emetophobic and Child has Norovirus

I am super nervous and scared right now. My daughter suddenly started vomiting last night. Brought her in to the ER because she is not keeping anything in. It just gives me such anxiety because I know norovirus is super contagious. I am so scared of catching it or it spreading in the house. I have such a big fear of vomiting. My hands are so dry from washing them so much. I feel like I can’t even eat and I’m pregnant too which makes me even more scared that I will catch it and it might affect my pregnancy.
