Implantation spotting ???

So i know it is a rare thing and i already have kids but im just curious to know for those who this has happened to if it sounds promising. Evening 9dpo I had one pink spot when wiped . Early morning 10dpo pink mucous when wiping. I have had nothing other than those 2 times. No cramps but definitely feel just blah weird dreams and extremely fatigued, no appetite and nauseous. 9dpo my son came in and the smell of him made me gag. I’m wandering if that could have possibly been implantation bleeding.
