sick baby

hey yall, i need some tips! sorry in advance if this is so long, i feel like you guys can help better with all the details.

so me & my 9month old are getting sick, im a ftm.

we have baby tylenol but she doesn’t like it much (i think its the flavor so we’re going to try a different one soon, also i got approval by her pediatrician, she takes half a dose)

her temperature has been in between a high 97-98, not a fever but i’ve been monitoring her. her breathing is normal, she’s behaving normally. but she’s soooo congested 😢 she hates anything going near her nose so i’ve been trying to clear her out with warm baths, sitting in a steamy bathroom & we just got a vicks humidifier so i have that going right now.

last night her sleep was not fun, it’s dry in our room & my throat was drying up so i can only imagine hers. she had such a nasty, mucus-y cough after i’d feed her (she doesn’t know how to clear her throat yet so it would build up and then sound so nasty, when she finally got it out she gagged).

how can i help her better?

what are some different methods to clear her sinuses?

we started feeling sick yesterday morning, should i just take her to urgent care even though she doesn’t have a fever?

should i keep trying to give her some TLC until i get different results?
