pain relief during birth

I am having my baby in August and I personally have zero interest in the epidural (not as like a holier than thou thing, but more out of fear of complications and other things associated with it) and I live in the US, but I’ve seen videos of UK moms going into labor and they get a mouthpiece/tube that allows them laughing gas. Is this an option in the US? Are there other ways to relieve pain during birth? I want to avoid induction (pitocin) and an epidural (and the catheter that comes with it😟) if possible, so I need to know what all of my options are. Thank you!
