Early ultrasound question
So this is my second pregnancy, I'm about 7 weeks along. During my transvaginal ultrasound last Wednesday I was 6 weeks, 1 day and while I had the gestational sac and yolk sac, the doctor couldn't find the fetal pole. I can't really compare it to my last pregnancy, as I didn't have an ultrasound for my son until I was about 10 weeks along. I'm trying to keep a positive outlook, did anyone else experience this and things ended up fine?
