Non Stop Bleeding On the Implant HELP

So I started my period in December and I’ve been on it Since. I had a two day break of not bleeding a week ago thinking I had finally got off but started right back up. So I started taking my birth control pill on top of my implant to hopefully get rid of my period and now for the past 5 days I’ve been having brown discharge and it doesn’t show any stopping. I also just noticed some white clumps mixed in with my brown discharge. I’m not sure what to do and I’m now concerned if I have a yeast infection bc I have been on this period forever!! Plz help !
