Are these signs he’s in a relationship? Help plz

I have a feeling. But beginning of our relationship he was really consistent, looks like he might’ve loved bombed me, shared family details made plans. We did sleep together a few times and then one day the relationship went downhill he nearly ghosted me and gave me a lame explanation for why he stopped calling/texting me. I never been by his place he said cause his family lives there we slept together at a hotel. He said his dad, brother n his wife lives there. But while I was with him someone did call him 7am while I was sleeping next to him and he said it was his alarm, and I also saw someone texted his phone when I came out the shower and he said nobody texted him, after asking him again 3 different ways he said it’s a girl he used to talk to and she’s crazy. We barley are talking but he watches my story updates all the time still he doesn’t miss. When we talked the other day he called me beautiful which confused me..
