Do you and your husband have drunk sex?

I'm not sure if this is normal but my husband does not like drunk sex and tells me to not even touch him if he's drunk. He's very serious about it. Every guy I've ever been with we had drunk sex. He told me when we were dating he does not like drunk sex. I'm curious is this normal. Obviously every relationship has different boundaries but every married couple I know has drunk sex.

How come whenever someone likes/doesn’t like something people on here make posts asking if it’s normal? Yes, it’s perfectly normal to have likes and dislikes. He doesn’t like it so why you questioning it?

Placing boundaries and expecting you to follow them is normal. Saying “oh well other people do it” is not normal or healthy. Either respect his boundaries or leave. What other people do doesn’t matter.

Sounds like he had something happen to him in the past while he was drunk. Either way, why shoulf it matter? Respect his boundaries. Would you say the same thing if the roles were reversed and it was a woman not wanting to have sex while drunk but her man wanted to anyway? Whether its a man or a woman,  consent and boundaries work the same.

pretty much every time me and my bf drink lmao but maybe he’s not in the mood when drunk, maybe he doesn’t like having sex when under the influence, maybe he has some kind of trauma etc. the reason doesn’t really matter. he doesn’t want to so you’ll just have to accept that

Girl. Who cares. How often do yall get drunk that it’s this big of an issue. Everyone isn’t the same. My husband drinks and I can’t because I have alcohol intolerance…. So like should he be upset because every married couple have drunken sex but us? Just leave him alone and have sex the next day.
