Terconazole While Pregnant

I have been experiencing a yeast infection for several weeks now. I’ve taken medication for it twice but it is either not working or the yeast infection keeps coming back. I was prescribed terconazole 80mg, which is what I was prescribed the first 2 times, but I am scared to use it again due to research that I did that says to only use it if the benefits outweigh the risk. I’m scared to use because I don’t want to cause any harm to my baby. If it helps any, I am currently 16 weeks pregnant. Has anyone used terconazole during their pregnancy? This is causing me a lot of anxiety being that I want to get rid of this infection but am scared of any effects the terconazole may have.
