10 year relationship

Just need to vent, I have been in a relationship for 10 years, married for 4, have two kids and currently 38 weeks pregnant. My partner has stated he is no longer attracted to me and to be completely honest I couldn’t even care, I have been trying for years to be what he wants and it’s just never enough, I am attractive enough to suck him off whenever he wants but nothing else. We haven’t had intercourse for 6 months and I have just given up caring. I spend most nights laying awake trying to figure out how I can be “attractive” to him again and now I have finally just admitted defeat. It is what it is.

Anyway I just needed to rant because I have literally nobody to talk to.
