iud insertion question

i got my iud two days ago and i was bleeding and cramping…today i only had a couple cramps and some light spotting in the morning and then it stopped well i just went to make a bowel movement and was pushing and when i wiped i was spotting again.

i know this is alittle silly but could this be normal or could it indicate that it has moved…i am worried about it because he had 2 expell prior to this one. thanks.
