Viability Scan vs First Prenatal appointment for Back to Back pregnancies

Last week (8w+3d), my dr brought me in for a viability scan to confirm pregnancy, because I’m recently postpartum with my third baby (16 weeks). They scheduled my first official prenatal appointment for 9w+3d… Will they do another scan for my first prenatal appointment? I guess I’m confused even though this is my 4th baby because my first appointment was always my first prenatal appointment. And there was heavy emphasis on last week’s appointment NOT being a prenatal appointment and just viability.

She also mentioned last week, that there will be extra growth scans because this pregnancy is so close to my last pregnancy, and while I’ve had three babies, none have been this close in age. Does anyone have experience with back to back pregnancies?
