Needs some advise

I just found out I am pregnant, and as a first time mom I just wanted to ask if anybody has had this experience to ease my mind or what are your opinions. I got into a car accident about 2 weeks ago went to hospital got checked out, they also checked on baby said everything looks good just to follow up with ob which I’m still working on and they are giving me a hard time on trying to accept me over financial things. But today I started having a little bit of spotting and it’s kinda worrying me and I’m not sure if I should wait 2 weeks until my ob can see me or should I just go to emergency room and get checked again to make sure everything is okay. Like I said it isn’t a lot of bleeding but it’s when I go to use the bathroom and I wipe it’s there but light blood.
