this guy I am dating is sick. I text him: "how are you feeling? I hope you are feeling okay!" he doesnt answer for an entire day. am I being ghosted?

Not necessarily. He could be feeling sick and asleep or something. I've slept full days without checking my phone when I'm sick. Sometimes I cannot even look at my phone when I'm sick, especially if a headache is involved. Leave him alone give him some space and in a couple of days if he still doesn't text you, ￼￼then maybe there could be a problem. But I wouldn't assume it yet. ￼
