Looking for reassurance (tw previous loss)

So this is a bit long winded but here goes so I thought from my period I was a week further than what I am……anyways so here goes so I got a positive test a fair few weeks ago anyways fast forward to Friday 24th January I started spotting, Iv had this in healthy and unhealthy pregnancy’s so never truly know what to expect I was scanned on the 25th anyway that revealed an empty sac and I was told to go home and expect to miscarry etc and was told to retest 2 weeks later coz the bleedings continued for my own sanity I was keen to get back to work, I tested Wednesday and to my amazement my clearblue went from 2-3 to 3+, I was booked in for a scan today and there was a fetal pole……im still bleeding but sonographer said on her end everything looked as it should, and she’s started me on progesterone any one had similar experience?
