Covid and pregnancy

I’m 23 weeks and just tested positive for Covid. I was wondering if there’s any risk to the baby and if I should call labor and delivery (the only number they gave me for after hours questions) or wait until Tuesday when my OB office is open to ask them if there’s any risk or anything I should be doing. I have a fever but am keeping it down with Tylenol drinking fluids etc but last time I was pregnant Covid wasn’t a thing so this is all new to me
