What's really going on?
I found out I was pregnant 2 weeks ago had light spotting for 6 days (only when wipe) then it stop. Now am just having normal cramps and back pain think am almost 6 weeks though but no tender breast is the only symptoms I don't have not even my nipples are tender. My previous pregnancy my breast were getting bigger before 6 weeks...
