I feel no movement at 13 weeks is that normal

This is my 2nf pregnancy and I thought I would’ve felt things earlier than usual than last time but I haven’t felt anything yet. I used to get little flickers of movement when I was earlier along strangely enough but now it’s nothing. Ik it’s not possible when I was earlier but it would still feel like something was going on down there but now I feel nothing.

Sometimes I look pregnant and others I don’t. I get really bloated and my stomach pokes out at the end of the day but then my stomach goes flat the next morning after the bloat goes away. I barely even have an OB I just scheduled a financial appointment to discuss insurance because you can’t see an OBGYN without having a conversation about how you’ll pay for the appointments apparently. Idk so I doubt I’ll see anyone soon I’m just nervous ;(
