4d scan worries

We went for our 16 week gender scan yesterday and was shown a 4d image of our baby (I know it’s really early for this). She said everything looked normal but since I’ve looked at the photo properly at home, I am concerned about the forehead bulge and head shape.

Googling it has made me worry further by bringing up various conditions including Apert Syndrone & Craniosynostosis.

Does anyone have any experience with this or advice please?
