Nexplanon birth control

Ok so I got my implant inserted April 27 2023 so as long as I had this broth control I have not experienced Tenderness and sore around my boobs i been getting first Jan 22 and then nothing after now February 3 and skipped to 10th and 11th which is today like really really sore like in the morning and then it went away and I just took off my bra it’s feeling sore I never had this before period not after period I had it only during my pregnancies so idk what’s going on if i should test ? Am I pregnant is this normal I was told for my birth control to be replaced next year in May
