HCG low

Hi ladies, so I have a question did anyone else go through this? I think I found that very very early in my pregnancy that I’m pregnant today I went to the hospital and I had a negative urine test but a positive blood test. My HCG was 11 The OB that helped me at the hospital was like oh yeah you’re obviously pregnant but we don’t know if it’s viable pregnancy. So now I’m just anxious 😬😞 to my last period I would be 4 weeks and 2 days obviously can’t see anything on the ultrasound . Could I have ovulated later then I anticipated and I might be less time then they think has anyone gone thru this I’ve had 4 kids but never experienced something like this & mind you I went in because a ruptured cyst that she said she clearly can see on the scan . She wants me to go back and get lab work every 48 hrs and a repeat scan in a week .. did anyone go thru this and have a healthy pregnancy my period is supposed to start tomorrow… the 12th I don’t have any period signs at all

But anyways any advice is appreciated it
