WEANING MY TODDLER

ladies i need your advice, recommendations, anything literally! i am trying to get my toddler used to going to sleep without milk & his paci. he takes a sippy cup of milk, his paci and his blanket to go to sleep and without the paci he won’t sleep. the milk he has gone without but it’s the paci that he looks for to go to sleep?!

how did you do it to have your toddler sleep on their own. today was the first day i did not give him milk or his paci for his nap & he cried for about 15 minutes until he fell asleep.
