Toddler and behavior

My 4 year old does not listen to me and is what I think mean to me and Idk what to do to help her understand it’s not right.

I’ll tell her to do something and she will mock me and get in my face and scream and keep repeating herself. She will tell me not to talk to her or she will call me ugly. She will not on purpose purposefully hit me or hit me with stuff. I’ve tried talking to her about it and time out and trying to understand what’s going on but nothing helps.
