I don’t know what to do anymore

So I’m stuck like I don’t know what to do anymore. I have a history of ovarian cyst. I’ve had about 3 within 2024 and I feel like I have one again. Altogether, including this one if it is a cyst, will be 5. I recently had a cyst filled with blood. They’ve checked me for PCOS multiple times, but they said I’m normal. Yesterday, feb 22, since the morning I’ve been having like dull pain almost like cramps in my lower abdomen to my pelvis area. Every time I would pee the cramping pain would get worse then subside just a tiny bit after 30 minutes. Later on around 6 in the evening I started to feel very weak and lightheaded like if I was going to pass out. Then today, feb 23, I woke up the same way this time with a slight headache and with the same dull pain in my lower abdomen to pelvis area. Around the same time 6 this evening I started to feel the lightheaded feeling and the passing out feeling. I went to go use the bathroom and when I wiped there was blood and it looked like if I was on my 4 day of my period. What concerned me that has me worried is that I’m not sure why I’m bleeding because I already had my period this month on the 8th. I don’t know if it’s another cyst filled with blood and it burst and this is the blood coming out. I’m lost and so tired at this point. Tomorrow my boyfriend is going to accompany me to the hospital to see what’s going on. Anyone is more than welcome to comment and help out in any way.
